I met Kroggy as a 16-year old beginning my training with the Brisbane Broncos Development Squad. I'd never picked up weight in my life before joing this development squad and I was anxious and nervous to do so. Kroggy was quick to put my worries at ease, helping develop me into the best possible athlete I could become. I was nowhere near as strong or powerful as the athletes my age, but with the foundation Kroggy set, and the lessons he provided, I stuck to his advice and my Rugby League journey took off.
I saw major improvements in my strength, speed and power, which overall made me a better athlete. Thanks to these drastic improvements and the foundations I was taught, within a short period of time I went from not being able to make a representative team, to being upgrade to the NRL Brisbane Broncos Squad and making my debut at the age of 18.
Kroggy is not only a great coach, but also a great mentor and person. I highly recommend Kroggy!

Michael Krog has had a major influence on my physical development form the moment I stepped into the gym. Ever since I met Kroggy at 15 he has always helped me with anything I needed in the gym.
Whether that to be gain muscle mass, increase power and speed, or increase strength, he has suited gym programs to my personal needs and made me the best athlete I could be. As well as providing me the best results on and off the field, Kroggy has genuine care for all of his athletes.
Even during times of sickness or injury he has always reached out to ensure I was coming back to peak physical performance, or to check on my mental well being and how I am going in everyday life.

I first met Michael Krog during my time attending St Mary's College. He was the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the College Rugby League program. My strength development and fitness training were guided under his supervision from Grade 8 through to my senior years of schooling.
Throughout this time, he also worked with the Brisbane Broncos assisting myself and other emerging talent to profess toward the NRL. Krog understood the style of player I was and my role as a front rower, and he devised programs to help me reach my peak performance.
Working with him at school, through Broncos programs, and in private one-on-one sessions, I've developed significantly as an athlete. Now, one year after finishing school, I'm pushing hard for an opportunity to debut with the Roosters and cement my place within the squad.
If you are looking for a professional approach to Strength and Conditioning training, I highly recommend working with Krog, especially in one-on-one sessions. The results will be noticeable come competition time.
